Job Summary

Senior Hook Up Engineer leading discipline efforts during hook-up campaigns, delivering construction and completion phases for offshore projects. Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Seniority: Sr. Manager level

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and review Hook Up job cards with prerequisites and sequencing for commissioning activities
•Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the discipline scope and ensure alignment with project requirements
•Review construction work packs and ensure compliance to project requirements and quality standards
•Develop detailed hook-up plans and schedules for onshore and offshore activities, coordinating with other disciplines
•Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior engineers and liaise with project management, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure timely resource availability and safe execution

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or equivalent industry experience
•10+ years’ experience in related offshore engineering fields
•Strong knowledge of API, ISO standards and regulations related to hook-up activities
•Proficiency in project management tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking hook-up and commissioning activities
•Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients
