Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the execution of restructuring, refinancing, recapitalisation, liability management and distressed M&A mandates across the Middle East and broader EMEA region.
  • •Manage all aspects of transaction execution, including financial analysis, stakeholder coordination, due diligence and project management.
  • •Develop and review complex financial models, liquidity analyses, business plans, capital structure assessments and valuation materials.
  • •Prepare high-quality client presentations, strategic reviews, board materials and transaction documentation.
  • •Support managing directors in business development and origination activities, and lead/mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •6-10+ years of relevant experience in an investment bank, restructuring advisory practice, financial advisory firm, or professional services organization.
  • •Strong transaction experience across restructuring advisory, special situations, leveraged finance, debt advisory, or corporate finance.
  • •Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • •Strong understanding of debt products, capital structures, credit markets, and restructuring solutions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
