Job Summary

The HR Business Partner will support compliance, onboarding, timekeeping/HRIS, recognition and engagement, partnering with operational leaders to drive performance and workforce stability. Assigned to a 2nd shift, this role leads HR programs, engages site culture, manages engagement surveys, policy interpretation, and employee relations with a focus on high performance and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted partner to operational leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities to drive performance, productivity, and workforce stability.
•Lead the execution of key HR programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and site culture, ensuring consistency and measurable impact.
•Champion a high-performance, recognition-driven culture, leveraging programs like Kudos! to reinforce desired behaviors and elevate the employee experience.
•Own the end-to-end engagement survey process, including communication strategy, data analysis, and partnership with leaders to create and implement targeted action plans.
•Ensure consistent interpretation and execution of company policies, mitigating risk and maintaining a fair, compliant work environment.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field.
•2+ years of Human Resources Experience Required.
•Demonstrate success building strong, credible partnerships with operational leaders in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
•Deep knowledge of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, engagement, performance management, and training.
•Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
