Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery and oversight of Middle Office services for Securities Services Operations clients, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries and accurate documentation. Represent the Middle Office in client reviews across global locations, support SLA/KPI monitoring, and drive change management and transformation initiatives. Own operational risk mitigation, procedural documentation, and escalations between MSS Investment Operations and stakeholder teams, including implementation delivery for new products and service scope expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery and oversight of Middle Office services to Securities Services Operations (SSO) client base.
•Participate in on-site client reviews and provide timely client services with clear notes and documentation for outstanding items.
•Support Account Management with SLA/KPI monitoring for Middle Office services and act as an escalation owner between MSS Investment Operations and stakeholder project teams.
•Manage implementation delivery of the client’s Middle Office service proposition, including operational delivery for new products and service offerings.
•Continually re-assess operational risks, maintain procedural documentation, ensure compliance (including FIM requirements and AML/KYC criteria), and support business recovery activities during emergencies.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Over 15 years of experience in financial or consulting fields with strong process management and system implementation skills within an asset manager or equivalent outsourced operations environment.
•Manage Post-Trade life cycle events with exposure to CTM, SWIFT GETC, Fiserv Tradeflow, Bloomberg, and Markit EDM data enrichment tooling.
•Working knowledge of securities trading confirmation and settlement procedures, including use of Electronic Trade Confirmations and SWIFT settlement message types.
•Good knowledge of Middle Office operations with hands-on experience operating HSBCNet, Multifonds, Markit EDM, TradeFlow, Calypso, and Aladdin.
•Demonstrate understanding of relevant anti-money laundering legislation and clear communication and influencing skills across operations and stakeholders.
