Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.
  • •Drive development objectives aligned to Urban Core and wider organizational goals.
  • •Direct development activities from feasibility through design, procurement, delivery, activation, and operational readiness.
  • •Make development decisions to optimize long-term asset value, commercial performance, and placemaking outcomes.
  • •Manage development outcomes across the precinct portfolio and ensure integration of delivery for commercial, operational, and long-term value objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
