Job Summary

Support leaders and employees by delivering professional People & Talent services across benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, and employment law compliance. Coach managers on performance management, advise on policy interpretation and corrective action, and maintain HRIS/HR reporting. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements while partnering with People & Talent business partners and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities

•Support an assigned client group under the direction of a People & Talent business partner, including less complex employee relations cases.
•Coach managers and leaders on effective performance management and employee relations matters, including corrective action and policy interpretation.
•Administer People & Talent plans, projects, and procedures; assist with developing and implementing employee policies and procedures.
•Prepare and maintain the employee handbook and policies/procedures manual, ensuring consistent practices and action plans.
•Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from HCM while analyzing HR data and trends to recommend process improvements.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 82,700 - 124,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination totaling nine (9) years.
•Strong knowledge of HR-related laws and practices, including EEOC, ADA, DOL, and FMLA requirements.
•Experience providing employee relations support and advising employees and managers on corrective action and policy interpretation.
•Demonstrated ability to analyze data using HR metrics and make sound, law-aligned recommendations.
•Experience with Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and performance management systems.
