  • •Develop, design, plan, and manage compensation programs, policies, and processes.
  • •Lead the development and implementation of global compensation programs, especially bi-annual compensation review cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in the technology industry, compensation, consulting, finance, or a similarly applicable field.
  • •At least 5 years of progressive human resources and compensation experience with increasing responsibility in solution identification, consulting, design, recommendations, and implementation.
  • •Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including experience building analyses and automated models.
  • •Knowledge of compensation industry trends and developments.
