Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary point of contact to resolve client issues across accounts of varying complexity, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns about vehicle condition and/or discrepancies.
  • •Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments to ensure proper movement, organization of client inventory, and timely completion of reconditioning.
  • •Examine vehicles in the sales lineup, complete reconditioning estimates, coordinate and approve reconditioning services, and conduct condition reports and imaging audits.
  • •Educate and act as liaison for clients on auction processes; recommend or upsell Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, or a degree/certification above GED plus 1 year, or 5 years of related work experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving required.
  • •Ability to execute duties with required physical ability and mental acuity within timeframes.
  • •Preferred: self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
  • •Preferred: prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and/or general auto body knowledge; excellent verbal and written communication.
