Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate receipt, delivery, and acceptance of customer equipment, including management of Delivery and Acceptance Certificates.
  • •Record logistics transactions accurately in Thales logistics information systems and maintain inventory visibility for operational readiness.
  • •Identify potential shortages and report associated risks to the Team Leader.
  • •Coordinate repair, overhaul, and warranty return logistics, including shipment preparation and administrative activities.
  • •Prepare and verify shipping documentation for import/export compliance, coordinate transportation with freight forwarders/customs/local stakeholders, and provide operational and inventory reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Support.
  • •Proven experience in international transportation, import/export, and logistics operations.
  • •Experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, and material control.
  • •Experience coordinating repair and reverse logistics activities.
  • •Experience working in a customer-facing environment, with aerospace/defense/high-technology experience as an advantage.
