Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Head of IWPB Operations with management oversight, ensuring strong service outcomes and leading process and risk improvement plans.
  • •Drive a customer-first culture by resolving enquiries and complaints, identifying root causes, and embedding knowledge and leading risk/control improvements.
  • •Own management information (MI) and performance reporting, providing decision-grade narratives and transparent tracking of priorities.
  • •Conduct deep-dive diagnostics and root-cause analysis on under/over-performance, incidents, and issues, converting findings into actionable recommendations.
  • •Drive continuous improvement through simplification, workflow streamlining, and targeted automation, and conduct operational due diligence/third-party assessments for integration planning.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years’ Wealth and Private Banking experience, including operational work, change management, and breadth across retail products (e.g., account servicing, cards, loans, mortgage, wealth).
  • •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with offshore teams in a matrix environment.
  • •Strong project delivery and process management/continuous improvement capability, delivering measurable efficiency and cost outcomes through simplification and automation.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with a risk and control mindset, including MI interpretation, root-cause analysis, and support for audit/regulatory needs.
  • •Strong planning and attention to detail to deliver accurately under pressure and on demanding timescales, supporting audits, regulatory actions, and control effectiveness.
