•Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as climate control systems including ACs and heater cores.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana high-tech inspection centers to support vehicle reconditioning.
•Work the full-time 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Thu, 4pm–3am) and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use of safety equipment as needed (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment).
