Key Responsibilities

  • •Wind standard coils for dry type transformers using coil-winding machines and hand tools.
  • •Review wiring diagrams/work orders or examine sample coils to determine required wire type/size and winding details.
  • •Utilize hook-up/hot work assembly tools to meet production demands.
  • •Inspect product quality and installation to ensure conformance to production standards (e.g., coil dimensions, bus bar location).
  • •Maintain safe, compliant operations by adhering to safety/attendance/punctuality policies, keeping work areas clean, and following export control/security regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
  • •Prefer a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Preferred: Forklift operator certification (can be trained on-site).
  • •Preferred: 3+ years of experience in a related field; 6+ months using soldering/brazing/welding (or a completed welding certificate).
