Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead solution architecture and implementation consulting for IDR by working backwards from customer use cases to define IDR rules and an enabling data model.
  • •Assess fit and feasibility during pre-sales by understanding customer data landscapes, identifying gaps, and creating workarounds for limitations of existing solutions.
  • •Debug customer identity issues end-to-end, including missing datapoints and over-merging, using SQL against customer warehouses and reviewing server logs.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years in an analytics engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or implementation role, ideally in a data infrastructure, CDP, or B2B SaaS company.
  • •SQL fluency with experience reading complex queries and reasoning about performance and warehouse cost across Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
  • •Systems thinking to understand identity graphs at scale and anticipate downstream consequences of architecture choices.
