Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to support product strategy, discovery, roadmap planning, and product decision-making.
  • •Frame customer or colleague problems, define opportunities, develop hypotheses, and document product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution concepts.
  • •Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder engagement, user research, usability testing, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • •Support prioritization by evaluating customer value, business value, technical feasibility, risk, effort, and evidence from product, customer, operational, and business data.
  • •Define product outcomes and KPIs, build dashboards, support launch measurement and post-launch learning, and analyze data trends to improve experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.05 - 63 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a full-time Master’s degree program in a relevant field (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Product Management, Economics, or similar).
  • •Demonstrated interest in technology, product management, digital products, customer experience, AI-enabled products, and data-informed decision-making.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify patterns, form hypotheses, and develop clear recommendations.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain product decisions and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Experience through coursework, projects, internships, research, or student organizations demonstrating leadership, organization, customer focus, and technical fluency.
