Job Summary

Support the network planning team with system updates, reporting, and schedule planning to ensure compliance with company policies. Coordinate airport slots and ad hoc charter flight requests, manage approvals and schedule changes with authorities, and maintain hub timetables and route/schedule records. Use tools and data to generate weekly utilization reports, protect passenger operations during disruptions, and partner with revenue management and engineering planning for maintenance scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

•Support network planning with system updates and reporting in line with company policies and measures.
•Coordinate airport slots and manage ad hoc extra and charter flight requests, including negotiations with authorities and teams.
•Maintain airport/airline code databases, ASA agreements, and traffic right status sheets using IATA standards.
•Create and regularly update hub timetables and schedule data, coordinating with INNOVATA and OAG to reflect new routes and changes.
•Generate weekly utilization reports and coordinate with revenue management and dispatch/engineering planning to manage schedule disruptions and maintenance scheduling.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Planning, Computer), Business Management, Commerce, or equivalent from a recognized university.
•2+ years of experience in a similar or analytical role within the aviation commercial division; low-cost airline experience is an advantage.
•IATA certification in Network Fleet and Schedule Planning is a plus.
•Proficiency with technology systems and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills).
•Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
