Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain HIL test automation that integrates with real physical hardware and hardware driver libraries.
  • •Build and scale infrastructure for hardware test labs (hundreds of test benches/DUTs and thousands of jobs daily).
  • •Diagnose and fix flaky integration tests in production CI and improve CI/HIL reliability.
  • •Perform embedded hardware/software debugging, including firmware/embedded target bring-up and interaction with PC-side applications.
  • •Build tooling and perform infrastructure work on Linux systems (networking, udev, kernel modules, systemd), ideally on bare metal.

Salary: USD 140,400 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a software engineer, including at least 2 years working on system architecture and implementation.
  • •Proficiency with Python and Bash for tooling/CLI apps, including pytest test infrastructure and hardware driver libraries.
  • •Experience building test frameworks that interact with real physical hardware.
  • •Comfortable with hardware/software debugging, including using logic analyzers/oscilloscopes and building/wiring basic circuits.
  • •BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
