Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee civil and infrastructure design reviews across concept, preliminary, detailed, and IFC stages
•Verify and validate detailed civil designs, drawings, and technical specifications; ensure compliance with standards and contractual requirements
•Provide technical oversight during construction to ensure adherence to designs, schedules, and quality benchmarks
•Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to meet technical and quality requirements; manage NCRs and corrective actions
•Mentor junior engineers and act as a key technical interface with clients, regulators, and design teams

Key Requirements

•Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field
•8+ years of experience in civil/infrastructure engineering or related field
•Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroStation) and Modeling tools (WaterGems, SewerGEMS, InfraWorks)
•Ability to lead design reviews, oversee construction, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
•Strong knowledge of applicable standards, codes, authority requirements, and contractual obligations
