Operations Specialist (Starship)

Support the Starship program by optimizing factory and production operations in Hawthorne. You’ll design production area layouts, run job/process walks, and lead cross-functional execution with vendors and internal teams to improve part flow, quality, output, safety, and cost. Use documentation, root-cause analysis, and system/process improvement to develop production strategy, mitigate risks, and simplify processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
