Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage Lean Manufacturing activities at plant level, leading continuous improvement efforts across production and support areas.
  • •Evaluate current Lean implementation against Eaton Lean System scoring criteria and develop plans to advance Lean implementation to meet scoring expectations.
  • •Train, facilitate, and apply Lean manufacturing concepts, including value stream mapping, kaizen events, 5S culture, standardized work, and setup reduction techniques.
  • •Develop manufacturing cell designs to facilitate one piece flow and drive 5s work culture throughout the organization.
  • •Lead Pro-Launch activities, PM activities for critical equipment, coordinate cost-out projects, and support Eaton Digitalization Strategy–Manufacturing 4.0.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •5 to 8 years of experience in continuous improvement within manufacturing environments.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies including 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen events, and structured problem solving.
  • •Experience leading and executing Kaizen projects, cost reduction (Cost-Out) initiatives, and productivity improvement programs.
  • •Proven ability to identify, develop, and implement sustainable process improvements and savings opportunities, with strong analytical skills (data analysis, performance tracking, KPI management).
