•Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
•Oversee the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education and coaching
•Continue to build the client relationship daily with customers
•Ensure effective sales floor coverage through the development of workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives
•Partner with the General Manager to build the Sales & Service strategy and execute it with the team

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 36.06 - 40.07 hourly

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with extraordinary guest service mindset

•Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods; willingness to work opening/closing/weekends
