Key Responsibilities

  • •Qualitätskontrollen der ausgeführten Arbeiten durchführen und dabei vollständige Dokumentation sicherstellen.
  • •Montagearbeiten im Bereich Triebwerks- und Nacelle-Installationen eigenständig inspizieren, prüfen und buy-off durchführen.
  • •Qualitätsrelevante Dokumentationen erstellen, bearbeiten und pflegen sowie Receiving Inspections zur Prüfung und Freigabe eingehender Bauteile/Koponenten durchführen.
  • •Nichtkonformitäten identifizieren, bewerten und vor dem Übergang in die nächste Produktionsstufe konsequent eskalieren; Teile im Sperrlager (Non-Conforming Hardware) koordinieren und bearbeiten.
  • •Beanstandungen in Collins- und Airbus-IT-Systemen erfassen, bearbeiten und dokumentieren sowie mit Kunden zu technischen Anfragen, Qualitätsabweichungen und Beanstandungen abstimmen.

Key Requirements

  • •Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als Qualitätsinspektor/Qualitätsprüfer oder in einer vergleichbaren qualitätssichernden Funktion in der Luftfahrt.
  • •Erfolgreich abgeschlossene interne Qualifizierung zum Quality Inspector oder eine vergleichbare, anerkannte Qualifikation.
  • •Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Inspektionskriterien, Abnahmestandards und Buy-off-Verfahren.
  • •Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitäts-, Prozess- und Sicherheitsvorgaben sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein bei der Umsetzung.
  • •Gute PC-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office); Kenntnisse in SAP und idealerweise weiteren relevanten IT-Systemen sind von Vorteil.
