Job Summary

Plan, organize, and coordinate on-site project execution with internal departments to deliver installations within timeframes, budget, and approved design/quality standards. Manage subcontractor quotations and appointments, conduct client/consultant site meetings, and supervise installation progress. Ensure HSE, QA/QC, municipal/legal formalities, close-out procedures, contract documentation, and successful site handover with completion certification.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare project implementation plans and coordinate site execution resources to deliver installations that meet contractual obligations and customer satisfaction.
•Receive and evaluate labour subcontractor quotations, obtain approvals, and arrange subcontractor appointments with the Quantity Survey Dept.
•Organize installation design based on client/consultant layouts and manage approvals to enable systematic installation at site.
•Supervise the site continuously, guide subordinates, run site meetings, address queries, and manage changes/additional quotations for extra work.
•Maintain HSE/QA/QC procedures, ensure municipal/legal formalities and project close-out, approve invoices with QS on commercial issues, and coordinate site handover and completion certification.

Key Requirements

•Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
•5 to 8 years of construction industry experience handling fit out/turnkey works.
•Ability to prepare project implementation plans and organize resources (men, materials, tools, equipment) for site execution.
•Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing quotations in conjunction with the Quantity Survey Dept.
•Strong knowledge of HSE/QA/QC procedures and on-site supervision to ensure quality craftsmanship.
