Credit Loan Collection Manager - Global Payment (Malaysia)

Manage the collections team supporting ByteDance’s global payment operations for credit loans. Develop and execute collection strategies to improve recovery rates, monitor performance and quality, and ensure compliance with laws and internal requirements. Coordinate with collection agencies, analyze collection data, and produce reports to drive strategy adjustments. Lead team planning, training, and goal setting to reduce complaints and strengthen operations.
