Job Summary

Valuation Surveyor responsible for running a range of valuation instructions (loan security, financial accounting, taxation, probate, asset management), conducting property inspections, due diligence, valuations and report writing, and maintaining client relationships within the UK commercial and residential property markets, with CPD and regulatory knowledge to support market insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Day to day running of a range of valuation instructions, for a variety of purposes (Loan Security, Financial Accounting, Taxation, Probate, Strategic Asset Management etc).
•Property inspections and measured surveys.
•Standard property due diligence.
•Valuations and report writing.
•Responsible for maintaining/improving client relationships by way of upholding quality standards.

Key Requirements

•Full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with post qualified experience (or would consider imminent qualification).
•RICS Registered Valuer Status.
•Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
•A working understanding of The RICS Red Book and Code of Measuring Practice.
•A good working knowledge of valuation software (KEL and Argus Developer), as well as Microsoft Office and Excel.
