ServiceNow Platform and Security Administrator

Manage and secure Applied Materials’ ServiceNow instance(s), owning platform administration, access controls, and security configurations. Configure and maintain security controls (ACLs, data policies, encryption, MFA/SSO), handle upgrades/patching and health checks, and monitor logs and security events to respond to incidents. Implement compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA), securely manage integrations (LDAP/SAML, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs), support ITSM/ITOM/SecOps modules, and remediate vulnerabilities within ServiceNow.
