Key Responsibilities

  • •Own UI/UX quality ownership across the entire product and define the standard for what ships.
  • •Supervise team members’ UI/UX work by setting direction, reviewing output, and driving tasks to your quality bar.
  • •Deliver major visual features end to end: brief, multi-direction design exploration, rationale, implementation, and final polish.
  • •Own the design system and documentation, keeping UI consistent across screens, devices, and locales.
  • •Run an AI-native design workflow from generation through production quality, including shared prompting assets and tooling advancement.

Key Requirements
