Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and launch of new P&C Auto products and enhanced features/services for existing offerings.
  • •Monitor product performance and underwriting/business trends; analyze internal and external data to inform product strategy and competitive intelligence.
  • •Maintain and evaluate new-in-market product performance metrics and recommend changes prior to full launch.
  • •Develop and communicate product value propositions and guide member contact teams on sales guides, education, and product usage.
  • •Coordinate with control partners (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Risk) to ensure compliant product design and implementation, while identifying and controlling associated risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of relevant experience in Actuarial, Pricing, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, Financial Services or relevant military experience.
  • •Experience conducting research, compiling and analyzing data, and identifying trends that support product decisions.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing, deploying, and supporting product and/or integrated suites of products.
  • •Knowledge and understanding of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
