Treasury Management Service and Implementation Manager

Oversee and lead the Service and Implementation team for Treasury Management, partnering with sales and product management to onboard treasury services and ensure strong ongoing service for commercial clients. Act as the escalation point, manage policies and workflows, and drive process improvement across internal partners (Operations, IT, Compliance, Risk). Lead, mentor, and train the team while monitoring operational metrics and ensuring regulatory compliance for cash management operations.
