•Partner with technical leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting guidance
•Build and nurture a pipeline of technical talent to support current hiring and future growth
•Advise hiring managers on market dynamics and compensation insights to inform talent acquisition strategies
•Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve efficiency across the hiring process
•Ensure data integrity and hygiene within the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and mentor team members to elevate recruiting performance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,400 - 189,600 annually

•7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; proven track record building strong technical teams in a high-growth company
•Ability to develop relationships with hiring partners and act as a trusted advisor
•Strong candidate communication skills and ability to manage processes efficiently and systematically
•Low ego and willingness to roll up sleeves to accomplish shared goals; ability to mentor others
•Data-driven mindset with ability to influence recruiting strategies and stay current with tech/startup talent trends
