Key Responsibilities

  • •Own data architecture end-to-end by defining how data is captured, modeled, and served, including storage formats, compute patterns, and SLAs.
  • •Lead CX and Logistics data domains as a data owner for key metrics and concepts like refunds, customer satisfaction/sentiment, shipping, and margin.
  • •Design and implement canonical, domain-oriented data models as sources of truth for analytics, ML, LLMs, and real-time applications with data contracts across teams.
  • •Enforce data quality at scale by building tests, lineage, monitoring, and reconciliation to make datasets observable and anomalies actionable.
  • •Automate operational workflows and enable insights by reconciling data across services, warehouses, and external systems, and exposing low-latency data via semantic layers, APIs, and real-time query systems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a data or software engineer building data warehouses, distributed data systems, or event-driven architectures.
  • •Design and implement data models using dimensional, Data Vault, or ledger-style techniques for analytical and transactional workloads.
  • •Hands-on expertise with data tooling for ingestion (Kafka, Debezium), transformation (dbt, Spark, Flink), orchestration (Dagster, Airflow), and observability (Monte Carlo, Great Expectations).
  • •Experience operating cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, including schema design, cost optimization, and workload tuning.
