Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain marketing and analysis calendars and support the RFP process with data gathering from clients and carriers.
  • •Scrub census and eligibility data where necessary and review spreadsheets for accuracy against current and requested contracts.
  • •Perform contract comparison analysis and maintain familiarity with core carrier contracts, policies, and differentiators.
  • •Negotiate with vendors, provide feedback to incumbents, and ensure vendor quote accountability for accuracy.
  • •Maintain systems (server quotes/terms and Salesforce vendor contacts) and assist with onboarding for new arguments and business lines on designated accounts.
