Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead and/or execute OPC/resist modeling/SMO engineering projects and R&D activities.
  • •Define experiments and determine meaningful data to support evaluation and technical decision-making.
  • •Troubleshoot a wide range of significantly complex problems and act as a specialist for physics/scientists’ issues.
  • •Own OPC key responsibilities including OPC KW, resist modeling and data cleaning, SMO/RET downselection, and OPC infrastructure.
  • •Prepare and deliver technology readouts/papers and present modeling verification readouts prior to final tape out.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •10–15 years of work experience in OPC, resist modeling, and SMO for semiconductor computation lithography.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in OPC, resist modeling, and SMO in semiconductor computation lithography.
  • •Direct experience in lithography process is a plus.
  • •Ability to define experiments, determine meaningful data, and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
