Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow a distributed engineering team with a strong culture of trust, accountability, and high-quality execution.
  • •Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmap, scope, and product strategy for Sales Planning.
  • •Drive delivery of customer-facing capabilities across quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning, balancing speed, usability, reliability, and scale.
  • •Coach engineers across levels, from junior through staff, and create opportunities for technical leadership and growth across the team.
  • •Set technical direction and architectural guardrails, working with engineers and partner teams to make sound long-term tradeoffs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,433 - 252,453 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software development experience as an engineer and/or engineering manager.
  • •2+ years of engineering management experience, including people management, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution.
  • •Experience building and scaling early-stage or newly launched products.
  • •Strong product judgment and the ability to work closely with Product and Design on ambiguous, high-impact problems.
  • •Track record of leading teams that ship reliable customer-facing systems.
