Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update the owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish schedule management program deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
  • •Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.
  • •Conduct resource loading and leveling, consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS, and assess impacts on critical path and near-critical activities.
  • •Apply EVM methodology to measure progress and produce periodic schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis. Maintain scope-change records and assist corrective action methods when variances occur.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience in construction project controls/scheduling.
  • •Direct experience working with teams in a complex matrix environment.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
