Senior Scheduler - Life Science Construction

Own scheduling for a large-scale life sciences project by developing and maintaining the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including baseline schedules and schedule basis documents. Establish the schedule management program, consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS, and monitor critical path impacts, variances, and corrective actions. Apply EVM methodology to measure progress and provide regular schedule progress reporting, trending charts, and schedule analysis while ensuring schedule data credibility.
