Workplace Experience & Operations Executive (Contract)

Own day-to-day workplace operations for the Bengaluru HSR Layout office, ensuring a safe, clean, and fully functional environment. Manage both soft and hard facility services, proactively resolve operational issues, and maintain AMC schedules, maintenance logs, and compliance records. Serve as the primary contact for vendors and managed office-space providers, including SLA governance and KPI-driven accountability. Lead employee experience and EHS activities like helpdesk/front-of-house support, fire drills, emergency planning, and safety audits.
