•Collaborate with GitLab Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve complex customer problems using GitLab technologies.

•Develop and manage delivery schedules, customer expectations, project scope, resources, status, risks, and issues for technical and consulting services.
•Manage customer escalations by coordinating with customers and GitLab stakeholders, including the executive team, Sales, and Technical Account Managers.

•Ability to build relationships with customer leaders, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and manage escalations.
•Ability to identify and resolve project challenges, motivate advisory teams and contributors, and mediate conflicts.
•Knowledge of project management and technical delivery methods for software, including PMI methodologies, agile/Scrum, the software development lifecycle, and project management or agile tools such as GitLab.
