Employee Relations Director

Lead Archer’s employee relations function with a primary focus on workplace investigations. Build and refine investigation frameworks and ER policies, serve as a trusted advisor to business, HR, Legal, and information security, and help develop a culture where employees can raise concerns safely. Conduct complex, high-risk investigations, ensure legally defensible findings and timely case closure, and translate case trends into training, policy updates, and leadership reporting.
