Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously, including Autodesk solution implementations, software development, and business transformation programs.
  • •Lead cross-functional delivery teams using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to meet Autodesk delivery standards and customer outcomes.
  • •Drive end-to-end digital transformation initiatives and translate project objectives into clear goals for the team.
  • •Create and manage high-quality delivery artifacts (e.g., statements of work and executive reports) and maintain regular project review meetings.
  • •Plan and monitor project resources, schedules, budgets, quality, financial performance (forecasting/backlog/actuals vs targets), and risk mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an IT-related field.
  • •PMP (Project Management Professional) / PMI certification (or equivalent).
  • •Experience leading a team to deliver projects within cost and schedule constraints.
