Job Summary

Lead end-to-end penetration testing and full-spectrum red team/adversary simulation across web, mobile, desktop, infrastructure, Active Directory/hybrid identity, and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP, M365). Design intelligence-led attack scenarios, craft phishing/social engineering campaigns, and bypass controls using low-noise techniques. Dedicate time to R&D, publish research, and support Purple Team exercises while translating client needs into proposals and mentoring junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical security engagements, including scoping, penetration testing, analysis, reporting, and client presentations.
•Design and deliver adversary simulation using intelligence-led scenarios grounded in real threat actor TTPs.
•Develop phishing and social engineering campaigns and use low-noise techniques to bypass modern defensive controls (EDR/XDR, MFA).
•Drive R&D by developing new tooling, novel attack techniques, and researching/responsibly disclosing vulnerabilities (including 0-days).
•Support pre-sales by capturing client needs into commercial proposals and mentor junior consultants through projects and skill development.

Key Requirements

•4-5 years of proven experience in Penetration Testing/Red Team Operations.
•Proven experience leading or delivering Red Team and/or adversary simulation engagements in complex enterprise environments.
•Deep understanding of Active Directory, hybrid identity, and cloud attack surfaces.
•Hands-on experience developing or adapting TTPs beyond standard frameworks, including researching abuse paths or novel vulnerabilities.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present findings to a CISO; comfort advising clients and stakeholders.
