Job Summary

Lead UX for Flightscape aviation software, shaping mobile-first experiences for critical flight-ops tools. You’ll conduct user research, define IA and interaction flows, design wireframes and high-fidelity UI, contribute to design systems, run usability testing, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver intuitive, accessible solutions across web and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct user research and translate insights into personas, user journeys, and clear product requirements
•Define information architecture and interaction flows to create intuitive, user-centered experiences
•Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to explore, communicate, and validate concepts
•Create high-fidelity UI designs ensuring visual consistency, brand alignment, and usability
•Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and documentation

Key Requirements

•5+ years in an aviation software design environment or similarly complex technological products
•Experience conducting interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis to extract actionable insights
•Experience structuring content, navigation systems, taxonomy, and user flows for clarity and usability
•Proficiency in designing intuitive interactions, behaviors, and micro-interactions using a user-centered approach
•Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, FigJam/Miro, Framer, Axure)
