Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the site technical expert for liquid cooling manufacturing equipment, test systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations on complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, fluid, and control system issues.
  • •Install, qualify, maintain, and support manufacturing equipment for liquid cooling assembly, leak testing, coolant filling, thermal testing, and rack integration.
  • •Drive equipment uptime and reliability using preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement programs.
  • •Partner with Manufacturing Engineers on NPI, equipment commissioning, and process validation; train and mentor technicians and operations personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced Certificate, Apprenticeship, Level 6 qualification or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or Manufacturing
  • •6+ years of experience supporting advanced manufacturing, process or test equipment
  • •Demonstrated expertise in mechanical, electrical and electromechanical troubleshooting
  • •Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment and industrial systems
  • •Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, reliability engineering, and root cause analysis methodologies
