Key Responsibilities

  • •Own patient lifecycle analytics end-to-end by defining metrics and surfacing insights that guide the product roadmap.
  • •Develop and maintain production-ready predictive models for churn, resurrection, and targeting.
  • •Deliver high-impact analyses that turn complex topics into narratives, recommendations, and sized business opportunities.
  • •Design and analyze experiments to drive scientific decision-making; apply causal inference when experimentation isn’t feasible.
  • •Partner with Product to translate problem sizing into proposals and help shape team priorities, roadmaps, and the experimentation platform methodology, standards, and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant experience owning data science or product analytics for a product area, ideally in a consumer tech company or marketplace.
  • •Designed and analyzed experiments end-to-end and applied causal inference methods when experiments aren’t feasible.
  • •Strong technical skills, including writing clean, performant SQL and proficiency in Python.
  • •Ability to ask the right questions, translate complex data into actionable insights, and balance speed with depth for high-impact decisions.
  • •Clear communication skills to distill analysis into crisp, actionable takeaways and earn trust across cross-functional teams.
