Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with the company’s financial closing process, supporting general ledger activities for balance sheet and profit & loss accounts.
  • •Prepare and review journal entries; perform account reconciliations, account analysis, and support financial statement preparation and submission to the parent company.
  • •Maintain and update the portfolio asset database system and use outputs to create reporting structures.
  • •Coordinate third-party providers for accounting, reconciliations, and lease/loan administration system inquiries; manage dealer funding review and supporting documentation.
  • •Support public company reporting requirements, state reporting, tax requests, and annual audit requests, including calculating payoffs and verifying dealer finance commission payouts.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of relevant accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • •Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
  • •Thorough knowledge of cost center and balance sheet analysis and ability to perform financial statement flux analysis.
  • •Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • •CPA is highly desirable; public accounting experience is a plus.
