•Support supplier relationship management, including onboarding, documentation follow-up, performance tracking, and day-to-day communication.
•Coordinate cross-functional project milestones, track progress, follow up on action items, and help ensure smooth execution.
•Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement by improving reporting logic and standardizing team workflows.
•Assist in launch readiness by coordinating tasks across teams for new tools/processes/supplier initiatives and addressing implementation questions.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a university degree and able to commit to at least 12+ weeks (full-time or part-time).
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, with preferred familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
•Studying or experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Prior internship or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or systems testing (preferred).
