Key Responsibilities

•Work with cross-functional teams and multiple Business/Product Owners to create original content and update existing technical content.
•Accountable for the successful completion of high-quality projects within the technical writing function.
•Publish updates in line with CS&D standards and manage day-to-day writing and publishing needs for web and mobile.
•Gather and analyze requirements, facilitate presentations, and train new hires/peer mentors.
•Publish technical content to multiple platforms and output types, including PDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help files.

Key Requirements

•Experience with content management systems (CMS) and authoring tools such as Ixiasoft, Oxygen, XML, xMetal, and Visual Studio Code.
•Proficient in API and DITA/XML, including markup, tags, entitlements, and topic types.
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams and Business/Product Owners to create and update technical content.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and train others.
•Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies and project estimation activities.
