Job Summary

Represent Pandora in-store by delivering a personalized, memorable customer shopping experience while building lasting relationships. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling, follow up with customers to strengthen loyalty, and deepen product knowledge across collections and launches. Support daily store operations including impeccable presentation, opening/closing activities, inventory control, and responsible handling of high-value jewelry.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent the Pandora brand in every customer interaction and provide a personalized shopping experience aligned with brand standards.
•Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat purchases, sharing product knowledge about collections, materials, and care.
•Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
•Provide post-sale follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction and represent brand values with passion and empathy.
•Support store operations including personal appearance, store presentation, opening/closing, inventory control, and safe handling of high-value jewelry.
