  • •Own the shift to an AI-native operating model and act as internal product manager for Archie, defining use cases, managing roadmap, and measuring impact.
  • •Build repeatable AI-powered workflows and maintain an external view of the evolving AI landscape.
  • •Establish KPI/OKR governance and analytical frameworks leadership uses for high-stakes decisions, including performance dashboards, scenario analyses, and business cases.
  • •Lead high-leverage cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end, diagnose root causes when teams face complexity or underperformance, and drive resolutions.
