Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment and floor set updates.
  • •Maintain visual standards for the sales floor and support strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill needs, and support company operations-focused directives and projects with the Operations & Visual Management team.

  • •1+ years prior experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly around the store and be on your feet for an entire shift.
