Usher / Ticket Taker - Mystic Lake Amphitheater

Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming guest experience at Mystic Lake Amphitheater by greeting attendees, scanning tickets, verifying passes, and directing guests to seats and exits. Resolve guest questions and complaints, assist patrons with special needs, and support venue safety and emergency guidance. Participate in recycling and sustainability efforts and help close down the venue at the end of the show. Part-time seasonal role.
