  • •Continuously monitor assigned production areas and equipment for potential and actual foreign material entering the process
  • •Monitor and adjust X-ray settings, retrieve rejected product from the rejection bin, and set up new codes as needed
  • •Perform continuous visual observations for potential sources of foreign material and observe Team Member actions, PPE, and GMPs
  • •Conduct periodic verification checks (e.g., belt, gaskets, grinder, seal checks) and assist with departmental belt checks
  • •Document findings and corrective actions on required forms or in the computerized Plant View system and complete data entry in tracking tools
